1 General Introduction & Scope

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Betting Rules & Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8up reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• 8up reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months will be moved to an inactive status.
• Users may opt for self-exclusion at any time.
• You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to fraud, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
